    How fast ya going? Mine kindah did that until I replaced the bearings (not related) and whipped off the rotors and pads with break cleaner. It stopped.

    Thanks. I looked into the swapping of the front end like the OP is. I almost pooped a kitten when I did my final talley for parts. Didnt FX4 SDs come with color matched grills and such? That might be another option as well.

    A billit grill is a game changer man. I also got 04 maybe 05ish headlight. They where on the truck when I bought it. This is my 03. Pay no attention to the bug guard. Thats for my Ranger. :D

    I've had 2 7.3s. A 95 and I currently have a 03. Lovem both. Have many buddies with 6.0s and they love there's too. Maintenance is the key. I haven't had any problems out of my 03.
