truck running like crap! please help

well, i pulled off the driverside valve cover today... and sure nuff' the harness was loose, plugged it back up, and put the valve cover back on and it was running like a champ again. I did blow a intercooler boot off though on my test drive, put it back on and all is good, any tips on...

i'm getting ready to pull them off right now any tips on gettting the intercooler pipes off?

truck running like crap! please help

here's the deal i've got a 01 7.3 powerstroke, with a 6 position chip. I started up the truck today and let it warm up and took off up the road ran fine at first, then it started shaking and i was having trouble going above 30 mph. drove back home, shut the truck off pulled off the positive...
