Can U tell me a little more Thanks for the info. Where is the boost sensor located? Is it best to replace the whole harness. Thanks again

New to sight and need some help

F250 4x4 2001 7.3. Codes p1316 and po236, If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.. Trying to stay away from the stealership.. Engine runs rough in third gear. just changed the fuel filter it was pretty dirty
