    Spartan uses a custom version of the Drew TECH Dash DAQ to apply their tunes. If you never want to tune and just want to monitir then just buy the Dash Daq and be done with it. If you want to take advantage of the tuning with better gas mileage and way more power stongger shifts etc. then...

    I have 64,000 tuned with 275 and 310. I dont run 310 in the winter or as a daily driver but it's fun for the weekends.

    My 2008 pre spartan was getting 12.5 MPG and now with the 275 I can get 21 and 25 with the 310 I am not "on it" to get this. Just cruizing at 75mph It goes up from there if I do 55 But I can't ever stay there.
