Tapping into fuel system
I went through a couple of stock fuel pumps with this system. The Ford frame mounted electric fuel pump on the 99-03 7.3 PSD's just isn't built to handle the thicker vegetable oil. This came from a tech at Carter Fuel pumps. Same goes for the replacement pumps. I'm going to a Vegistroke style...- Todd T

Best place to get coolant
Like you, I have the AC by-pass and the coolant filter. I grabbed the coolant from the 3/8"npt port on the driver's side of the water pump. Who's brewing?
Methanol is a hazardous material by DOT standards. You can legally haul up to 1000 pounds in a truck without having to have a CDL or run placards. That means two drums. Same for NaOH and KOH.... under 1000 pounds- no problems. You should have the material safety data sheets in the cab of...- Todd T
