Pin weight on a 3-axle
As an average, most 5ers will have about 20% of the weight on the pin. The number of axles make little difference. They use 3 axles, because the weight is too much for two axles. Ken- TXiceman

ye ole CPS
It takes all of 20 minutes and that includes getting the tools, changing the CPS, putting up the tools and getting a cold one.- TXiceman

What gear do you tow in??

Just found you....
Been busy and not had time to check back here. My first PSD was a used 1997 that had been ridden hard and put away wet more than once. Found this 2002 used and it had had a much easier life. It was a daily driver while we were in Oklahoma. Now I have a Dodge Ram 1500 gasser (thumbs down) to...- TXiceman

Rattle!
On my 1997 F350, I had a clunk/rattle that was really hard to find. Turns out the rear mounting brace for the tail shaft on the tranny was loose. Tighten the devil out of the mounting bolts and the problem was gone.- TXiceman
