Engine rough after oil change

I just performed my first oil change and everything went well until I cranked it. The engine started up fine but started to lope for about 5 seconds then started running fine. Is this normal? 02 F350 DRW CC

Tranmission temp guage

Thanks for the help. It is a stock truck. I will have to add an aftermarket temp guage.

Thanks for the quick reply. Were is the connection to the transmission located? I saw on one post where it should be located on the drivers side but mine didn't look the same.

I just purchased a 2002 F350 DRW PSD with an automatic trans. About 10 seconds after I turn the key on the Trans temp guage will go to half way even if I haven't driven it for 24 hours. Is this normal? If not how can I fix it. Thanks
