Hey guy's, I am still having problems in reverse, the truck has no problems in drive it is real smooth, If I engage the truck in reverse and hit the gas it's as if there is no diesel getting through the truck coughs, splutters and misfires and then after about 15 seconds the engine revs...- wrc123

This whole thing is weird, when I rev up the engine it doesn't rev cleanly its as if there isn't enough fuel getting through then once it clears its fine. The fluid is as red as red can be, and the truck drives good and strong. If I am in neutral and rev the engine it's as if there is a restriction.- wrc123

Ok guy's I did some testing today and found that if I put it in drive pushed on the brakes and hit the accelerator there was no power from the turbo for at least 35 seconds shifted out of drive and into neutral. Question Power surge in reverse then stalls
I have only had the truck a couple of day's so I can't tell how long it has been doing this. It just acts like it is under a load like the brakes are on so it accelerates and then stalls. If I accelerate while in reverse it acts all funny but doesn't stall. Thanks Paul.- wrc123

Question Power surge in reverse then stalls
Hey Guy's just bought a 2002 4x4 F350 CC 133K miles. When I back up it doesn't seem to engage at first, then it crawls a little then it surges and goes and it feels like it has resistance and it stalls.
