Change out the Headlights on a 97?

I would like to know the easist ways to change out the Headlights on a 97 F-350 Powerstroke they are so fogged over you cant even believe it. Bought new ones On Ebay but Do you Have to remove the Bumper balance to remove them. Any tricks would be Helpful Thanks SCOTT

Nope, no need to remove the valance or grill, but it is easier if you take out the batteries to get at the "hidden" fasteners.
