Well, the nearest biodiesel to Chico is about 90 miles away, so I can't get it local. We towed the travel trailer to Brookings Oregon last week for the week, so I checked out the above links. It was very informative, and I appreciate the info.

However, DON'T SPEND TOO MUCH TIME FOLLOWING THE SECOND LINK. I used the second link cause I thought the graphics were more user friendly. I found a B20 dealer on J Street in Arcata, and another on Lowe Road in Ashland. I got to the dealer in Arcata, and they only sell B99 (apparently when they have it, cause when I was there all the pumps were "Out of Order"). (Then we stopped at a BBQ place down Samoa Rd. for dinner and it was HORRIBLE , but I digress...) So I had to fill up with the same ol 15 ppm crap that is all CA allows to be sold anymore.

On the way back, I stopped at the place in Ashland, but it's a Pacific Pride station only. When I got back, I checked the first link, and it was definitely more accurate as it reflected both of these issues on their links. I wish I would have used it cause I really wanted to try it and they had additional dealers that didn't show on the second link.

Also, my Powerstroke owners manual says not to use anything higher than B5 for a variety of reasons. Will using the B20 cause warranty issues?

study results are out. my TTM turns the truck off a lot sooner than before, and I have a increase of 1.4MPG by using MM oil. study based on a combanation of city and highway speeds no other variabls changed, and a few tanks of 15PPM.

I dunno if it's healthy for the engine components but the last full tank I ran Stanadyne + 500PPM with positive results now I'm running Marvel + 500PPM to taking em head to head

My wife is the one that evaluates the overall engine performance changes as she has no idea what mix I'm using so I'll get unbiased feedback from her.

What was your mix ratio of 15PPM with Marvel?

just followed what the bottle said 4OZ to 10 GAL. next I will try the B11 I have in town and post findings.

I've now stepped to 2 cycle oil by recommendation by many many Diesel owners based on their use and positive feedback how could I say no

I thought the 500 ppm stuff is long gone & I was told the remaining pumps that still say 500 are being filled with 15 ULSD & just need to be tested to ensure all that is remaining is ULSD. This whole thing has perked my interest if there is still real LSD to be purchased.

B2 used to add enough lubrication to 500ppm LSD to bring diesel up to the lubrication levels of the original diesel. I wonder how much Bio is needed to bring the USLD up to par? 5%?

This 2 stroke oil from wally world may be good solution as well.

I used 2 tank of B20 in my volks and saved $5.00 my filter plugged up and I had to change it. after getting stuck and going 120 miles to get my wife with my other car. Cost of a new filter is $96.00. my trip and a filter to save $5.00. No Thanks. I waited to have ULSD available to buy my ford truck so I will not have injector problems like they are using in Europe for years. My 6.5 never worked better then the last few years. I never will use additive as before and trust the ulsd will never let me down. There is all the additive in ULSD fuel. The pumps on the GM's can run forever on keresene.

Caissiel, Are you in the USA? I didn't know ULSD was available in Europe. Europe has been diesel driven for years, in reverse from the US, much can be learned about Diesel longevity & small vehicle useage from there.

My wife & I have driven approximately 300,000 miles on Diesel Since 2002. I'm now looking at Diesel optioned cars & diesel conversions, but ULSD seems to be a new hurdle for the near future.

I am interested in making Bio or using WVO, but the options seem to not be readily available.

I have nothing against Bio but it tends to clean the tank and the lines and it shakes things up and it takes carefull considaration prior to use. Prefiltering is required. Bosh the injector manufactured has been tryng to get clean diesels fuel in US for years. This high sulfur fuel has been some of the blame for injector failures for years by all 3 Dodge Ford and GM. I feel the more junk you put in the more problems you will have. Europe's fuel has been much cleaner then the States for years. I was told that in Canada I have been using ULSD fuel for quit a while without knowing.
