Dennis, I have another question. I know that the rear fender well lip is higher than the front fender well lip. Since you seem to have your close to level, what is the difference from top of the tire to lip from front to back, I believe I read that some one earlier in this thread said that there difference was 1/2" ???

Chris with my V code F350 block setup my clearances are 8" for the front and 10" for the rear but I'm positive the bumper is attributing to 1/2" drop on the front.

The leaf spring packs were around $600. Shocks were $200+ IIRC.
I was so fed up with the Excursion, I was going to trade it off, hated driving it. After mod, totally solved my issues, great all around vehicle.
