6.9L ALL OF SUDDEN BANG

HEY I just bought a 6.9L and i was diving it home and it went bang and died
no smoke no fire no nothing it does turn over though any help would be
appreciated.

Fuel injection pump is just about all that would do that. Make sure you have pressure at the fuel filter canister when you are rolling it over with the key. Shraeder valve on the canister (the one that looks like a tire air valve).

crank the motor and check fuel flow out of the filter first.
use a test light and check to make sure the fuel shutoff solenoid has power going to it.
disconnect the connector at the FSS and listen for clicking. if no clicking the solenoid is bad.
Last, crack open the line nuts at the injector and crank the motor. If there is no fuel coming out of the injector lines, you goat a problem. time for a IP.
