last week i had a problem with the bracket for the clutch and brake petal. the bracket broke right where the bolt goes through it beside the clutch swing arm. i fixed it yesterday, when i say i fixed it i mean i took it out and welded it back together. today i drove about 15 miles and it broke again right before i got to school. i can't figure out what is causing this thing to break. it didn't break in the exact same spot this time, it broke about an inch above where it broke last time. what would make this think crack like that? thanks guys!! :hail

do y'all think it could be from the throwout bearing binding up? i have noticed my clutch has been getting a little stiffer and the only explanation i can think of to creat enough pressure to break this bracket twice is the throwout bearing binding up. what you y'all think?

there was a recall or a tsb to add a plate to the fire wall on the obs trucks with the diesels because it would crack and cause the piston in the clutch mastercyl. to bend i would check to see if it was ever done. could cause binding on the petal also
