I purchased a superchips cortex 1950 about three weeks ago, I noticed a very nice gain in power and the truck runs very nice, even with the regen system. I still loose power when driving in regen cycle but a soon as it is done it hauls again. I tried the AFE cold air intake; the truck didn’t like it at all. serv engine p2002 and 2 other codes kept coming up. AFE sent me a new tube with a piece of metal in the tube to restrict the swirl before it hit the MAF sensor but it didn’t work. I put a PRE-Cleaner on the filter to resist the swirl effect from the cone at the end of the filter it worked a little better but would still through p2002 codes. so I gave up and returned it. It wasn’t a noticeable gain anyway. Now I run all stock plus the cortex chip and I am very happy with what I got. Fuel mileage seems a little better as well. 15-17 mph highway with chip and 23,000 miles on it. I hope this helps some one.

I've got the AFE intake and Cortex programmer and I had the same issue. I get the service light on and a couple codes every few hundred miles. I just clear the codes and go on. At some point I'll get tired of it and go back to the stock intake. I've also got an MBRP exhaust. Getting good power and decent fuel mileage.
