Bio will break loose 9 years worth of crud and sludge in your fuel system so be prepared for numerous fuel filter changes and it may also eat some of the rubber components so be prepared for a few new leaks.

The stock seals on the vibra-loc fittings in the fuel systems will leak sooner and the injector o-rings don't like the high concentrations much. Also if in a cold climate, run an aftermarket HEATED filter! If you ever drain your filter and the fuel ISN'T clear when it's cold you NEED a HEATED filter. And no the stock heater isn't enough and the in tank Hutch mods compound the problem since the mixing chamber where warm return fuel meets cold tank fuel is now removed.

I ran B100 to B50 for almost 2 years, due to quality control of available fuel I just run B5 from truckstop for the last 6 months. I also work in the fuel injection business and see what the bio does to parts when the biodiesel isn't fully reacted and still has too much free glycerine(not visible to human eye). If you change any hoses they must be Viton or teflon to withstand anything higher than B50, also make sure the filter manufacturer uses adhesives and seal that are up to spec, Racor is the only one that would stand behind their products with ASTM B100 a couple of years ago.

Here are my 2 worst o-rings out of 4 bad, original injectors with only 135k miles on them and 19k of bio that was B50 or higher.
