Well took the truck into the dealer to have the brakes and Trailer Brake controller looked at and got a call at 3am from the dealer. The brake issue is a dumb one. When my dad took the caliper back they gave him one for the passenger side not the driver side. My dad says he told the guy that the bleeder was in the wrong spot but assured us that was the correct caliper. This putting the bleeder on the bottom was allowing air to stay trapped in the top of the caliper. So now I am fighting with NAPA to get my money and core money back since I have to supply ford with the correct caliper. Sorry for all the trouble.

damnit! in case you cant get it worked out with the parts guys, you can take the caliper off (leave the brake line connected), put a block of wood in it to keep the pistons in, and aim the bleeder up and bleed it.
