Maybe the first gen sd trucks, but I don't know for sure. I think the newer ones use a drive on the arm itself that is about 1" in diameter, ours looks to be half that or so.

Why do you wanna change? I have had very good luck with the anco winter blades, so much that I usually try to buy an extra set or two when they are on the shelf. They don't stock around here in the summer, only in the winter. They have a rubber covering over the blade itself, so the hinges don't freeze up. The windshields on sd trucks are so big that with the long arms the arc would be all screwed up on our windows I think. I know you could put short blades on it, but the arc would be screwed up.

I am guessing that if you pulled a arm off and took it to the local auto parts store they could match them up to some that would flip out. I don't know why they made the obs arms to where they won't flip out, they sure do freeze down. I personally run Motorcraft Premium Wiper Blades with DuoTec+™ Technology as they have less surface to get iced up. I also cover the windshield and hood with a thick red blanket when parked outside. The blanket helps keep the engine warm when the block heater is plugged in and keeps the windshield frost/snow free.
