It just hit me about the grill. It favors the grill on the Super Chief concept a lot.

Why did they make him remove the INTERNATIONAL badges from a privately owned truck?

I am guessing that it was because the truck was to be used in a Ford promotion, and International did not build the truck. The, 'I want it my way right now because I said so' thing. Kind of dumb in my opinion, but whatever. I'd have left them on and told them tuff balls, it's my truck.

They most likely would have said' "No problem, get your truck off our stage". Considering Ford's relationship with International, its not that big of a deal to ask him.

I must admit the styling is a bit disappointing to me especially when I think back to how blown away and awestruck I was with the 08 styling. The F-450 revisions are a major disappointment, since I had high hopes of upgrading to one in the next few years. I can't understand why they got rid of all of the great severe duty aspects like the axles and tires to save weight just so they can bump the top speed to 90+ mph and make it more fuel efficient. Why do you need to have a truck that can go faster than 80 mph when it is meant to haul heavy and tow heavy? It was a first class tow rig and commercial duty pickup that has been reduced to a modified 350 dually. Rant over.

i was just looking at the grill again... is it just me or is that an even bigger ford emblem???
i know mine looks like crap because of the bubbles of water and chips in it (i notice it on a lot of the 05+ trucks)... and they want 25 bucks for them at Ford...

the ford logo on the grill is the biggest in fords history...i cant wait to take one for a spin
