I have a 250 file as well. I saw 4 files that are available starting from 40. I picked the second to last one which is 210.

Hi everyone. Just posting some updates. Put in the 5" exhaust without the muffler. The truck is quiet at idle, but roars when under throttle. So basically, I have the Spartan 210 tune and a dpf back 5" exhaust. You can constantly here the turbos through the exhaust outlet, even at idle.

I did the work at my friends race car shop where tons of diesel trucks exist for hauling our toys (race cars). I was pleased with the power in my 2008 F250 till my friends showed me their power gains in their 2001 to 2004 trucks (GM and Ford). I would say mine is the slowest and has the least power. Even though its quick, Its not as quick as my friends trucks, that are duallies with similar mods. I am wondering if something is wrong with mine at this point.

As for mileage. The truck seems to be doing much better fuel wise, but I have a heavy foot so I wont know for some time the real numbers.

:(

how long did you run the Spartan before the rest and how did it shift and did you feal much of a gain in the truck, I'm looking to just run a chip for a little extra bump without doing it the rest of the way like you did.

I am def getting better mileage. I would say 4-5 more per gallon which brings me to the 16-17 range.

Thanks for the info, as much info that I can read it looks like the Spartan 210 must be what I need for my truck also. Seems like its the easiest on the truck with some of the better increases. Don't want to do to many other changes for now and later when I do the 210 will fit in just fine. Thanks agin.......
