saying hello as a new member. I have an 05 F350 dually with 4" exhaust, AFE intake, and superchips programer. I would like any info on the 6 litr. that would help with reliability. I've already gone through one set of head gaskets. Thanks............Doug U

The tuner is probably why you needed head gaskets. Did you have head studs installed while the heads were off? Probably the #1 cure for blown head gaskets.

dont get rid of the tuner get some studds haha i never had an issue stock but went ahead and put a lil insurance on there...didnt think that a supercchips would boost it that much who knew...

mine's still stock and never had a problem. Like others said, replace the studs if you keep the tuner
