Red I hope that thing works good in snow cuz we are getting it bad today. Closed all highways in south central Minnesota because of blizzard conditions. Wifes niece daughter is getting married today and we are 5 miles away but can't get there. Feel sorry for her that many won't be able to attend.

I've got an 05 Titan CC 2wd. bought it with 26k miles on it in 8/08, not at 81k miles and only thing it's needed was a new t-stat housing and put some tires on it at 65k miles. It's been a great truck with a huge back seat for my 2 kids.

Only thing I've done to it is put on a 18" Dynomax Race Bullet muffler. Been in the mud plenty of times and never had a single issue.
I'm probably going to be truckless come May, most likely, so joined here since looking at a CCLB diesel to replace the titan.

had no problem traversing in the s__t on saturday. got an emergency call to help buddy run his tracked 247 skid w/ the 6' blower at noon on saturday...fired right up and off i went. this was some crazy azz weather. heard roads shut down down their, open now i assume. sorry bout the wedding.. got any pix of plowing/snow you can post up???

silvertitan - looking good. yeah, i gotta get me some new shoes come end of summer i hope, these mileage tires are a little slick. just getting used to a smaller truck and the handling is 'totally' different. love the traction 'slip' control.

roy: sure do miss the plow, wish i still had it, probably would have made a wad of $$ this weekend - as all friends in neighborhood gave me grief. such is life, go shovel. as for the plow, there is alway hope.

thanks for letting me hang around guys!!!

Man, when you go to the dark side you do it up big time.

Doug

X2!!

Just kidding. If I remember, you had lots of problems with "Ole Red", and I'm sure that you're glad to be rid of it regarding those issues. Hopefully you can get a 6.7 PSD in a year or so. I've got the 08 F-150, but still miss my 02 PSD. Hopefully there's one in the future for both of us.

yeah, my truck had the stockers still on it, but hey they lasted to almost 65k miles, lol...

I went with Pathfinder A/T's. basically same as BFG A/T's but heck of a lot cheaper at discount tire, lol...

no-red-6 0 I like that. Ha Ha Sorry no pics of plowing or pulling stuff out of ditches. It wasn't that fun this time with a tenth or two of ice under all that snow with big drifts. Only plowed at 15 mph, any faster and it slid you off the road. At least the OT was nice. Glad you still got to go out and play in the snow.
