2000 F350 7.3 wont start, tach won't move fuel pump won't kick on

I'll try to keep this as short as possible.
I have a 2000 f-350 7.3
The WTS light isn't coming on
The fuel pump isn't kicking on
The tach doesn't move when truck is cranking
I installed new power steering pump, new fuel pump, and new heating element in fuel bowl yesterday. Truck started after all these replacments. Replaced power steering gear box this morning and truck wouldn't start. I' didn't think the power steering had anything to do with it but thought it could be cam sensor. I replaced it today, also replaced glow plug relay.
After Cam sensor replacment nothing changed

I have unplugged the new heating element,
Fuse #30 appeared to be good but I still changed it
Switched back to old glow plug relay
Checked the PCM relay ( it clicks)
Unplugged the PCM and plugged it back in
Disconnected the batteries
Oil level is full
& certain I have 1/2 tank

Anyone have any suggestions on what to check?:

Well if the WTS light is not coming on then the PCM is not powered up, check all your fuses, wiring and see if you can communicate with the truck using a scanner, see where that leads you.

#30 fuse in the underdash panel
PCM relay in the underhood power center..

gear box

when replacing the gear box you must have disturbed one of the harness plugs in the area.
start checking all of the connections in the area.. you should find the problem right away !!

Weak batteries.....??? Just because it turns over doesn't mean their good.
Bad Ground......???
