Just got home from buying my birthday present. 8 week old german shepard almost totally black. Now we can get old together. Lost our other shepard a couple months ago.

Like Doug said, let's see a picture of the new baby!!!! German Shepherds are great dogs, one of the smartest breeds around. Ours will be 10 in December, and we let her in the house during all the hot weather (above 100 degrees). Now when we let the little dogs outside, she thinks she has to come inside. When we first got her, she was a big ball of fur and slobbered everywhere. You're gonna have lots of fun!!!

I recently met the first ALL Black German Shepherd. This dog did not have any other color on him. Looked funny, but kinda cool. The dog was found in Missouri and brought out here. That guy must have wanted that dog very much.
