6.0 Blows white smoke and wont move.. No boost and it sounds like the turbo isn't working. It Just started out of no where and it isn't constant.

Any lights on the dash come on when it is running? Is it hard to start? Have you checked the oil level? Give us more information.

No lights, nor is it hard to start and oil level is normal. my bully dog reads DTC's and there was no codes tripped.

Yep. Verify by smell of exhaust, coolant level, wet EGR valve (gotta take it out to see this).
Even if you're not going to DIY, Get one of these!

If u have no boost perhaps your vgt vanes are stuck in neutral position on your turbo or vgt actuator is not working
The white smoke could be caused by the no boost situation, as too much fuel and no air flow will make white gray smoke
Check your intercooler boots for rips holes and being blown off the pipe
Have you checked/ changed your air filter?
What do you mean its not constant?? Sometimes it works fine? If that is the case check out the turbo vanes and see if they are moving. These turbos are known for coking up and not moving
I assume you have checked the connection at the vgt to make sure it is good/ plugged in??

If your coolant level has not dropped in your Degass bottle, then it is probably not the EGR cooler. When the EGR Cooler goes so does your coolant. If you have lost coolant, your exhaust has that sweet coolant smell to it then it is pretty much a dead give away that the EGR Cooler has burst.
If you are not loosing coolant, as was mentioned or indicated in the three previous replies you could have stuck turbo vanes resulting in no boost and incomplete fuel burning. I think though dependant on the severity the smoke could be White/blueish.
EGR problem is easy to verify, a bit expensive to have repaired (oil cooler should be changed at the same time) and costs about 2,500.00.
Turbo issue is a bit of a pain(because of disassembly for cleaning) but it can sometimes be remedied with removal, cleaning and re-installation.
Another possibility is a stuck or cracked injector. Do you have a Scanguage, or other means to check codes?
