Longtime Ford owner. Bought my first diesel truck (05, F350) used in 07.
I tow a 25' gooseneck, 3h slant or a 6X12 enclosed. I average about 5,600 mi./yr.

Thanks all for the welcome! Spent the last few weeks trying to decide what action to take in response to needing my 6.0 replaced. Just gave the go ahead on the installl of a reman. 6.0.
Just under $15,000! On the bright side with only averaging around 5,600 mi. a yr., If I only get 60,000 mi. out of this motor that will get me almost 11yrs. I'm making sure they install an Indy. motor though.

What was wrong with your 6.0 that required it to be replaced? It couldn't have had too many miles on it.
