Your HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump) maybe going south. The pump needs to build 500 lbs pressure to fire the injectors. You will have to take it to a GOOD garage and get it looked at.

What Dave said. But..

What weight of oil are you using.. and how long has it been since yer last oil change. Fuel filter too. Air filter also.

I had the same trouble if it sat to long it would turn over slow the first time i cranked it over and a little faster the next sometimes it would take three or four times to get it started put a new starter in and no more problems

does it turn over slow, if so could be starter or batteries. like Dave said needs 500 psi, so if it cranks too slow it might take a while to get to that 500 or not at all. I've expierienced this myself

Check oil level too. The HPOP needs that 500 psi, but it cant do it without enough oil.
