Hi fellas. I just stumbled into your site today and decided to register. I've owned my 2004 F350 crew cab since new. I'm sure I can find good info from you folks, and maybe I can share some of what I've learned about these trucks.

On Monday morning of this week I finally finished an engine block and radiator flush, an EGR delete, installed a new oil cooler, added a coolant filter, new water pump, new belt, new Mishimoto radiator hoses, new Mishimoto turbo tube hoses and clamps, dismantled the exhaust side of the turbo and cleaned the vanes and unison ring of the turbo, and powder coated both turbo tubes. What a bunch of work. :dizzy This was my first attempt at tearing a portion of the engine down. It almost all turned out well except I didn't marry the flange of the y-pipe to turbo well enough. When I finally started the engine, the exhaust hissed at me, so I had to undo the turbo and do a better job the 2nd time.:innocent

Thanks for lettin' me rant a little.

David
