I wish I could there's tons of thing I would like to do.. Shutting down the business is a pain but has to be done. People don't want a work, they have government medical care so my hands are tied. Cant fight what's free, people will go with free before they will work for the buck. So what can you say??

Thanks guy, Well My have a buyer, the neighbor next door had a stroke and can not be on his own anymore. SO his daughter sold his house well the guy asked about my house and is looking at buying it too. We will see what happens..

What is it with people and dumb low ball bids?? I wanted to smack this one guy. I finely told him to get the hell off MY LAND. Then he realized I under stood Spanish and he left. The nerve of some people.

This reminds me of living in Germany and moving to The Netherlands. My wife speaks fluent German, having been raised by a Bavarian stepmother. The German movers were making some pointed comments about our household goods when my wife answered in a perfect Munich accent. You could have heard a pin drop. I understood a bit, for instance, I know what a halbdockel is...half dog, and you can guess which half. One of my sweeties terms of endearment...
