I'm at a total loss now... I've changed the resistor and checked every single fuse in the truck. I wouldn't think it's the switch because the AC was on and then suddenly stopped, without adjusting the switch at all. Any other ideas?

Get a test light and see if the fan is getting power.
Or like Dave said, try straight battery power.

I was originally confused on how to hook up the jumper wires. Just put them inside the wiring harness on the terminals or what? How do I know which is positive and negative?

It is a DC motor and it will spin backwards if you hook it up backwards. Don't be afraid of this, just hook one wire up and TOUCH the other one to the other battery terminal. It should jump and then spin. If not, the fan motor is shot. Good luck!

Can you feel air coming out of the defrost vents?

No air at all.

Nope. Nothing. I changed the resistor and today, pulled out the fan and hooked it to a 12v battery source. It ran just fine. Had it running in the truck, but seemed weak. I went to move my truck out of my shop and it wouldn't turn on again. Seems like a loose connection, but I've gone through everything and it all looks good
