I've had this code pop up there times now. The first time I cleared it manually. The second time it cleared itself. Third time it stayed for a couple days so I made an appointment to have the truck looked at. But naturally it cleared itself yesterday. I think it has something to do with the regen system as it seems to pop up after a regen. Has anyone else had this code pop up?

FWIW, the dealer said an exhaust flow sensor went bad. I think this is the second one.

I recently had this pop up on my '15 F250 that is deleted. First two times I cleared manually via my Edge CTS2. Third time cleared on it's own. Haven't seen it since (about a week now).

When I took the truck in the code was still there. It was stored on the ECU. Might be worth having it checked out if you still have a warranty. Mine is a 15 F250 as well.

This code is for the crankcase ventilation separator saying there’s no flow through the sensor, only koeo, wilhich shouldn’t have any anyway since the truck isn’t even running when it sets the code. Replacement of the ccv and an update always fixes it. Done many
