Dodge didn't do a thing for me..... I just drove one to see how it stacked up to a super duty. It didn't. To stiff a ride, Body style eeeH, Power not up with Ford.
I really love my Super Duty. That's my story....
That's why I bought mine.

I have an 06 F-250 SD with the 6.0L and I have 285x70x17's on it and when the turbo kicks in it lights those big tires up. Good thing the rear end locks up or the back would be all over the road. I was a dedicated GM owner most of my life with a few Dodges along the way. I don't think that I would ever go back now.

My cousin has a Dodge RAM 1500. I keep arguing with him to find faults in a Ford. He can never say anything bad other than the price. Every time I ride in somebody's Dodge, I always think to myself how I feel so sorry for those people driving them. Once a Dodge gets mileage on it, it starts to feel worn out. It's like Dodge doesn't build it to last and they are so desperate for turnover. Funny how people were scared of Toyota making reliable cars, too. But people still buy them. Not everybody wants to buy somebody else's smelly car just because it runs good. Car makers need to learn to make a vehicle that will run forever. That won't stop people from buying new ones. People get bored of their vehicle and buy a new one just because they felt like it. I love my F-250. This thing is like a tank! What other stock vehicle has 925 lb-ft of torque?!!? You don't even notice it when you tow a 32' boat behind it. This thing is such a torque monster.

I guess the years make a difference. My friend just picked up a 2011 Dodge Ram Sport. Its "only" a 1500 however. But its still a decent truck. Rides nice. Decent power. I still wouldn't give up my 250 for one though.

A couple months ago we took the trucks to a local "track" for some grudge racing. I'd get him off the start but he'd come around half track. But he admitted I'd turn the same time with a trailer hooked up.
