IF THIS IS AN INAPPROPRIATE POST, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I figured a forum of Ford owners might be just the ticket!
My name is Adam, I live at 9000ft in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in Gilpin County.
My father-in-law passed away suddenly this July. My wife and I have been working diligently on settling his estate since then. After several trips back and forth between Colorado and Wisconsin we THINK we are nearing the end of this adventure.
His baby, a fully rebuilt and pimped out 2003 F-250, is one of the last big ticket items that is not included in the upcoming estate sale. We drove it back here to CO thinking that we may be able to sell it easier and perhaps get a bit more for it up in the mountains where we live.
If any of you has the desire to check out our Craigslist ad ( boulder.craigslist.org/cto/d/2003-ford-250-bellswhistles/6686741798.html ) and give us your opinion regarding the asking price, we'd really appreciate it.
We have receipts for $25k worth of work put into this beast in the past couple years, including a full rebuild on the motor (upgrading it to a 6.0L), so we thought we'd start the asking price at $30,000.
