2019 F250 SD Lariat: (I tried the 'search') Today my display screen went dim, I had sun glasses on and didn't pay immediate attention until I couldn't change channels from the steering wheel. It is stuck on one station and I can't even turn the radio off from the knob.

I also seen that the head received a software update on the 29th. I tried to reset to factory with no joy - it left all of my settings and it is still dim. HELP!

1. Radio display is barely visible
2. None responsive manually (knob) or on the display itself
3. Performed a factory reset
4. No Joy

I just fixed it/it works for now. I did do the factory re-set and when I went out to run another errand for the day, it was working fine. I am hoping that it was a glitch or gremlin got scared thing.

Not sure where the photo sensor on the f350 is, but I have heard of similar problems with other trucks. Is it possible that the sensor was covered, say by something on the dash, "tricking" the dash and screen into thinking it is dark out. This would dim the lights for night driving.
