Ok, got a real problem now. Cranked up the 2001 F250 this morning, no problem. Went to the DG about 3 miles away, turned it off, went in for ~7-10 minutes, came back out, no crank no start. Solenoid clicks, sounds like the gear is kicking out, had the starter bench tested, it passed. I bought a new starter anyway, installed it, same thing. Power is getting to the starter, batteries are both good, engine is not locked up.
