I have this fluid leaking from a small radiator on the drivers side next to the intercooler. What is the part and is it radiator fluid. Tasted sweet like glycol. Please help THX for all input

Ok I identified the dang thing. It is the fuel cooler. It cools the fuel before returning it into the system. The small radiator just sprung a leak. WTF .
