Curious if anyone on here has had good/bad warranty claims with Choate Engineering

I have had people tell me it goes back to the tank and I have done a little research and found it does not go to the tank. It goes back to the fuel cooler and back thru the injection pump. If I am reading that diagram correctly.

Can someone tell me does the unused fuel go back to the bowl and get reused from there or does it go to the tank and reused from there
