    I had the same thing happen, as mentioned above it was the fuse under the hood. It blew when I flat towed my parents jeep (no diode to prevent feedback).

    Did you by chance compress the calipers without removing the master cylinder cap? If so you could have caused damage to the master cylinder. I would re bleed the system and make sure the master is creating pressure and maintaining it.

    If it was held on with zip ties, I would suggest going back to the metal band clamps like it had from the factory. Could have been part of the problem.

    Changed the front diff fluid and re painted the diff cover. Replaced the fuel bowl filter (much needed), Power steering fluid and changed the t-case fluid. Now all fluids have been changed since ive owned the truck. Bought at 160,000 and im at 210,000 now.

    Yes use sythetic. Both my front and rear have synthetic and are sealed with black RTV. They use a silicone gasket maker right from the factory. As far as I know, mine did not have a paper gasket.

    If the truck was on a level surface than the fluid level should have been even with the bottom of the threads. So if anything it was a little overfilled.

    I have the same rub with my 3157516 tires. The rubbing is very minimal. I say just run it and be careful not to turn the wheel to full lock. Another option is to add.weld a little material to the bumpstop.

    The 05-07 grill will work with modification. Using your stock bumper will require you to trim some material from the bottom of the 05 grill. Or you can change the bumper as well as the headlights thats what i did on my 2000.

    Got an alignment at work that ended up leading to a new driver side tie rod end and adjuster sleave. It was worth it, the truck rides nice.

    Installed 4 Bilsteins and it rides great. Reduced road vibration and stopped the excessive bouncing ive been feeling the last couple years. I figured with the truck at 199,300 miles it was time.
