    No WTS light usually means the pcm has no power. Double check all fuses. As far as the fuel bowl, ya have a mechanical fuel pump so it'll only pump when cranking or running.

    Is this off your 97?? Looks like a 99+ compressor wheel. Looks like a mark from a paint stick or marker to me.

    I only noticed about 50 deg drop when i first installed it. You loose about 5lbs boost through the cooler. So when i went to the smaller housing....my boost came back up to where it was before the IC install and I lost about another 100 deg.

    OBS yes... all 250 CC are shortbed. and 350's long. 99+ could be either.

    Any 96 or 97 F250 crew will be a shortbed. I love my 96 CC SWB but its got a 5spd which I like better. Either year will be a good truck. Finding one in good shape isn't easy.

    Its been in for 6-8 months now. I did'nt see alot of drop until I added the .84 a/r housing. Then I dropped easy another 100 deg. The 6oh intercoolers have a 3" inlet and 3 1/4" outlet. (which is reversed with my setup). So went to ford and bought a inlet IC boot for a 6.0 powerstroke...

    I don't think ford put air bags in full size trucks till 99+ . Their were in the f150's I believe.

    Just changed one yestarday. Took 2-3 hours. Ya don't have to remove the turbo but pulling the filter bowl out is a must. Look over these instructions. Very helpful. Hardest part of the whole deal was getting the bango bolt back in and started on the new pump. No room back under the turbo...

    What I have seen on some higher end set-ups is the line from the HPOP branching off and going to all 4 holes. So basically the line to each head feeds into all 4 ports. Another idea??

    Both of mine are this way. This is the way all should be at least on the OBS trucks. Moving the HPOP feed line does cause it to loop up but nothing serious and I have never heard of one failing due to this. By moving the line forward... you feed both sides into the #2 holes and jumper the 3rd...

    Your supposed to move the line from the HPOP forward one hole and then put the HP crossover straight across. You lose some of its effectivness by not having it near the back of the heads and also by using a longer hose.

    truck has no power?

    Where did you try to connect the scanner. The 94 and some 95's have the OBII connector but its is not a live connection.....not OBII ready. A dealership can flash your computer to fix this.
