    It is toast. Boiling tranny fluid is never a good thing. It may run for a few miles if all you change is the clutches, but you have a lot of burned junk floating around the tranny that will cause very big valve problems. Get a rebuilt tranny and be done with it.

    I haave flushed my tranny every 60,000 miles. Flushing the tranny will increase the tranny life significantly. How much? Who knows in your case or mine?

    Stick with the vehicle in your signature. I have a Toyota with tire pressure sensors. When mine goes off, I have a low tire. Does not matter where the tire is or rotated to. I call BS on the Arizona dealer. I have never heard of training the pressure sensor.

    I might add that I just did this myself and both of my battery posts had green copper oxide on them. I mixture of baking soda and water took care of that. I cleaned the cables and posts and now the truck starts great!

    I can't tell you about the brakes, but the hitch is a dealer add on. I have a friend who has a dually F-350 and his rear brakes are bigger than my Single F-350.

    Is your check engine light on?. You can fill the reservoir with anti freeze and watch it. Your cooling system is low if no water is in the reservoir. You might have to take it to a mechanic (does NOT have to be a Ford mechanic) to get your truck scanned. This will tell them what is going...

    It is a DC motor and it will spin backwards if you hook it up backwards. Don't be afraid of this, just hook one wire up and TOUCH the other one to the other battery terminal. It should jump and then spin. If not, the fan motor is shot. Good luck!

    I would use test wires with an alligator clip on each end. It is just to test it and see if it runs or not.
