    Friday my F-350 leaves me

I don't think so, at least not right now. I am almost 70 years old and I just don't need it. Maybe a Ford Ranger or Toyota truck.

    Friday my F-350 leaves me

I have sold my F-350 to a friend. The truck will be going to the foothills of the Sierras to it's new owner. I have had a truck every day in my life since 1971. That is a while! I am sure my truck will be missed. Going to a very close friend who needs a truck like this one.

    New to Diesel - Questions

You can use any oil weight that works with your engine (owners manual) as long as the oil is Diesel Rated. I used to use 15W-40 but I got romps when it got cold soI switched to 5W 40 and it runs perfectly. I have a different engine so what works for me might not work for you. I don't know...

    New to Diesel - Questions

Maintenance is the key to a long engine life. Do your own oil and filters per the schedule in the maintenance book. This should get you many miles. I have been doing my own since I bought my 2004 F-350 in late 2003. I have not yet needed to change the injectors or the pump. The salesman's...

    No rear lights

You might have a bigger problem than you think. I had the same problem on my 2004 F-350. The running lights would blow a fuse. I replaced over 10 fuses while I looked to find out what the problem was. I searched the entire wiring harness from front to rear. I looked for rat chewing...

    Bump Steer

I had a 1946 Jeep CJ-2A that I totally rebuilt from the ground up. I dropped a Buick V6, Turbo 400 Auto tranny, 4 wheel disc brakes and a 6 inch lift. After I did the 6 inch lift I noticed bump steer. After a couple of bumps I got used to it and I never changed to a dropped steering arm. I...

    Bump Steer

You are right yellarCobra, it should not have any bump steer to speak of.

    Bump Steer

The stabilizer is attached to the AXLE and works on the AXLE. I don't see any interference with a lifted truck or a flattened truck. Suspension has nothing to do with the stabilizer, just the steering.

    Starting problem

Are your batteries charged up? Will not start if battery voltage drops below 10.5 vdc. Could be a bad CPS which you have replaced (bad from supplier). Good luck!

Take them back to where you bought them and bitch!

    Wheel shake

Jack it up and place the rearend on two GOOD jack stands. Start the engine and put it in gear. Have someone press on the throttle while you watch. Look for tire rotation not being circular, look at the drive shaft. I had my drive shaft out of phase 180 degrees and it would shake at 50 mph...
