    Stay away from drugs. There are more reliable and safer methods of adding HP while maintaining EGT's, looking at your list of mods you need injectors, a fuel system and an intercooler and possibly turbo upgrade.

    If you think your tranny is your issue, give BTS a call yesterday............ time is money? Cant blame that on anybody trying to serve you if they dont know you needed a tranny yesterday. You WILL NOT have an issue with one of Brians trannys that will result in shipping parts or units back...

    BTS isnt the only one, but they are one of the few that takes the time to do it right and install the correct upgrade parts to keep a tranny together. You might look for a better shop locally than the one you have been using. But to date, it hasnt.

    Id nod to the IPR o-rings also. A classic symptom is an oscillating idle as the IPR cycles the injection pressure up and down.

    I was having the same issue on my 06, the dealer looked at it and did a reflash on the PCM for the new inductive heat cycle on the injectors and my problem was solved. You might take it in to the dealer for a check of the system.

    Fortunately for me, my dealer isnt that picky. They just fix what is broke and we all go about our business.

    I'd say you are normal, perhaps a little low on the fuel pressure but nothing to be alarmed about. If you want to accurately read the pressure you need a liquid filled gauge to dampen the pulsations.

    One of the questions pertained specifically to the size of the tire on the rim, furthermore, I think the frame width and tire placement under the fender is the same on a 4 wd vs. a 2 wd...... lock to lock might be a hair different.
