    Occasional overboost shouldnt tear up a turbo, not in 10K miles anyway unless you are pegging 35 psi and pulling it there all the time. I rebuilt my own stock Garrett and it lasted long time, guy that has the truck now is still driving it 4 years after the rebuild. I dont know how he drives it...

    Depending on the miles on it and the condition of the engine, but I would either run a 15-40 or a 20-50 in it. Look at the oil fill cap it should give you a recommended weight to run on there as well. As far as brands go? Pick one you like.

    Yes vB can generate RSS feeds, I dont have them enabled though, as to the BB's capability to receive RSS.... havent figgerd that out yet.. ;)

    They have a tendency to run warm especially when loaded, your oil (gear lube in this case) will begin to break down when you start to approach 300 degrees. I would guess your diffs could easily be running 225-240+ easily though.
