    HPOP reservoir is cracked

    I think someone (JLD?) already suggested it but drill a small hole at either end of the crack and then fill that hole with your ATS-2000. I bet the crack is just a casting flaw and drilling it will give it an end point.

    No, the inlet to the turbo compressor comes from the air cleaner. The one that comes off the compressor and goes to the inter cooler would be an outlet boot (turbo outlet to inter cooler inlet)

    If you want to go aftermarket you can use just about any small tranny type cooler or a trip to a junkyard could net you a really cheap find.

    What is there to a rebuild assuming the impeller is good, a couple of seals and a bearing? If you get it apart you should be able to cross reference to Timken numbers.
