    coolent coming out of degas tank cap

    There have been about 4 or 5 updated caps since the 6.0 came out. Mine was making the whining sound. I replaced the cap twice and it continued to do it. I really think head gaskets may be in your future, it's not the cap. Just saying from my own experience.

    I had some left over FoMoCo 15/40 Diesel motor oil left over after I sold my truck. My Dad used some of it in my Mother's gas burner SUV. Is this a bad thing or is it OK?

    I miss mine something terrible. I was looking at the last pics I took of it Monday night (to use to sell it with) and I turned the lap top towards my wife and said, "Look sweetie, ain't she pretty?" I know it was the right thing to do, but I sure do miss my truck. :(

    Flag Retirement Ceremony

    The Boy Scout Troop that my son belongs to, recently performed their first flag retirement ceremony last Thursday night. It was a very moving thing to be a part of and our troop did an awesome job. Just thought I would share with all my SDD buddies. God bless America!

    There are a couple of stations close to me that still sell LSD. My 2004 (when I had it) loved the 500ppm a lot better. I believe 2007 and after required by law to only use ULSD.
