    The drill and tap is best on the 6.0, I dont know why but the Map line makes the Boost gauge flutter a bit for some reason. Its a bit more diffucult but once done it looks better!

    Just for clarification, there are no "rivets" holding them on, just alinment holes drilled into the panel and pins that index into them... They are still just sticky taped on...

    SCT is a great option for someone not wanting to go the chip route, You can have custom tunes loaded and new one's e-mailed to you and you can load them yourself. Get some gauges first if you dont already, any tuner will raise the EGT's to a higher then stock condition.

    SCT Xcal 2. They have the best tranny controls, the biggest network of dealers, data logging, code read and delete. You can have new files e-mailed to you and load them up.... Very nice unit!

    Dont burn out, go around the water pit. Put it in 4wd before you pull in, give it 100 feet to make sure its locked in. As you come up to the line start standing on the brake, get to the pre stage and then hold the brakes hard, push the accel harder and let it just skweak up to the stage. STOP...

    It will not hurt anything, but it can sometimes make your EGT's go up. More boost is not more power... Try it and see, you can also replace the stocker with a turbomaster wastegate controler.

    Why would you want to? It makes a great Exhaust brake and once you take control away from the computer, you can turn it on and off as you please...

    Its not your wastegate... Its surge, you will need to add a Wicked wheel at the least or a ATS housing to stop it. You will NEVER hear the wastegate open.

    Most likely the Fuel bowl drain... Common and not that expensive, $150 at most Installed!!! Will not hurt anything to have that leak.

    The stock down pipe in a SD is a 3" unit already... You want a full 4" turbo back, they can be had cheap if you don't need SS ( salt? ) I have a MBRP and like it but a little $$$
