    6x8 is the right size 5x7s would work but some brands are very undersized and may rattle at higher volume.

    Thay work fine I just recently took mine off and went with a programer. The platinum controles alot more than the standared edge you just need to remember when you change power levels to take it easy at first so your transmission will relearn for the extra power.

    Look above the starter a couple of inches it should be there I got the cord at the ford dealer for $70.If you look between the fram and the inner fender with a light you should see it.

    Is it 3L 73 that would be a 3.73 gear with limited slip and go with the royel purple its good stuff :sweet .

    I have 325 65 r18 (35 13.00 r18) on the stock wheels with just a 2 1/2" level kit.

    4" pitman arm with 2.5" lift?

    You would probley have a bad case of bump steer by taking the steering out of phase with the axle. You should not have any problems with just a leveling kit. If you do please explain (in case I just missed it).

    I just took off my old boards to put on a set of 08 chrome ones I got for christmas but im missing the speed nuts on the body. You should see my wife and kids trying to get into it :roflmao my wife is going to kill me if I dont get them on soon:witch I think ill stick to the stock hight.

    Did you make shure you got all the old oil out when I did mine I jacked the truck up at each end of the axle to make shure the tubes where empty. Im not trying to sound nasty I just want to help if I can :D

    Mine took all six but I filled through the cover fill and it was 3/4 in the stick you may want to do the same and make shure the truck is leavel but thats just my :2c

    Been runnin the edge evolution on the 100 hp program for over a year and more than twenty thousand miles. So far no problems I did have the juce with attitude stacked on top but I found my self getting a little stupid with it and took it off to save myself the head aches.

    Driveline Angles way off; need shims

    I dont know what a stock truck angle is but you may want to find one and compare. With that small of a lift you are probly just fine if there is no driveline bind.

    I did the same thing but I used a large drill bit and drill to make the hole round so it didnt spread over time.
