    Fuel sending unit Rheostat

There's a few others that rot right off that you can check or replace without doing anything to the tank. Not sure if it'll help or not but the bad grounding issues in these trucks cause all sorts of wacky issues.

At Low RPM, Suddenly Shuts Off.....

Gotcha, that makes sense. I just didn't want folks to get the wrong idea. And my bad, that's the ICP, not the IPR.

At Low RPM, Suddenly Shuts Off.....

That's not an IAC (idle air control) motor and diesel engines don't have them because they don't control the amount of air the engine takes in like a gas engine does. What you replaced there appears to be the IPR sensor.

Have you checked your ground straps?

2001 F250 no crank no start.

It sounds like not enough power is getting to the starter. Double check all of your battery connections and grounds.

    Best Oil for Engine Life

I use Rotella T6 5w-40 and haven't had an issue. Just got my OA back from blackstone after 7800 miles and it was still in really good shape.

    7.3 Massive oil leak

Not likely unless the seal got doubled up and then it would usually leak right away.

    Scan tool recommendation

Are you nuts? Just because a truck has been tuned and deleted doesn't mean that "some backyard mechanic dorked it up"! Yes, tuned and deleted trucks can have issues (but so can completely stock trucks) and OP's should have come with the tuner so he could reset it to stock for troubleshooting; at...

    Scan tool recommendation

Gotcha. Sorry I can't be more help. If I had to guess I'd say you're probably going to need to find someone with an AutoEnginuity or the Ford factory tool.

    Scan tool recommendation

One of the first troubleshooting steps (that'd I'd try in this circumstance) would be to re-flash to stock and see if it would at least run in limp mode. That said; most simple scan tools will at least give you the engine codes so you have another avenue to explore.

I totally agree. Any deleted truck requires a tune and it's always good to know who tuned it and to what level. Without that info I think it'd be nearly impossible to flash it back to stock and re-flash the delete tune on it as you have no basis to work from.

    7.3 Massive oil leak

So there's really only a few places that can leak that much oil that rapidly; the HPOP o-rings/hoses or the oil cooler. Since you said the drivers side was clean I'm going to eliminate the oil cooler. To troubleshoot you'll have to replace the oil it has lost, start it up and look for the gusher.

    Question Crank, no start

Is it throwing any codes and can you read them with a simple code reader? Have you checked your ground cables and connections? There's a body ground that can cause weird issues but I've never seen it cause a no-start. Does it smoke when you crank it? What's the fuel pressure (could be the frame...

Possible rear main leak; clutch is slipping

Take a good close look at your turbo pedastal area. That can leak and run down the same area and not show up in the valley.
