    Install GAUGES (egt & tranny) ! MBRP is the prefered exhaust, add the mbrp cat-test/delete pipe. Save your money on the intake <the factory airfilter flows enough air to support 600ish hp...and nothing filters better> !

    good deal...id do the SAME thing, this might be all you need --> ScanGaugeII - Trip Computers + Digital Gauges + Scan Tool If it were my truck...I'd buy that scangauge or some diagnostic software (autoenginuity.com) QUICKLY, before i was out of warranty... just to confirm the dealers...

    Gear Vendors double overdrive transmissions is one of the better known "overdrive" units. cost 3100+ bucks (install & drive shaft work extra) they require the driveshaft to be "professionally" shortened.

    there were some problems w/ bad TEMP gauges or sending units as i recall...iirc they were specific to 2005 model year.

    whats the OIL temp ? tell the tech to compare the EOT & ECT...i forgot what the temp differential should be (iirc not more than 20* diff at the most). have they pressure tested the cooling system ??? have they tested the coolant for exhaust/combustion gasses ???

    +1 on the CONSISTANT rotation...i rotate mine every other oil change (10k) if i can...and even at 70k miles i wasnt very consistant. ideally every oil change (5k) would be nice...no longer than it takes its cheap insurance !
