Up-graded to a "Air Borne" FW hitch..

Right around 1100$ There were cheaper models available with less capacity but I didn't want to run into a situation where I needed to buy another one with higher capacity later. Mine is "1,750 pounds TW and 17,500 pounds GTW", that will cover anything I tow with a F-350.Currently I have 1100 on...

Up-graded to a "Air Borne" FW hitch..

I've got the receiver version from another company. I can't imagine towing daily without it. People usually think these are a ton of $ until they have one. Then they would shoot you before giving it up. Mine is this one. http://easyriderhitch.com/receiverairhitch.html

    EAZ Lift receiver Hitch

It looks like it would have cracked sooner without the spacer. The spacer appears to give the hitch 3 solid & level attachment points. Without it, there would have been a gap in between the hitch & frame on bolt #2. If anything I would say there wasn't enough spacer.

    FS-2500 bypass filter system

The one's you'll see or hear about the most are Amsoil & Oilguard. Call me crazy but, isn't advertising for the FS supposed to hurt the competition??? I thought that was the goal of advertising,? to gain new customers by taking them away from competitors. I would love to know who the company is...

It's just a normal fitting with a much smaller hole. Look at the 2nd pic on step 10. It's the fitting that is more silver in color.

It's here and installed... That may have been the fastest I have ever gotten around to doing anything in my life. I usually buy something and it sits around for weeks or months before I use/install it. :D http://www.cj-servicesinc.com/FS2500.htm:D COMMENTS ARE WELCOME -popcorn

    FS-2500 bypass filter system

The manufacturer is still high. I ordered from these guys. www.fs2500filter.com The manufacturer quoted. normal price $589, discounted to $489, & they wanted $59 for the stainless lines upgrade. + shipping would have been $560-575. So I would avoid the manufacturer and buy from a distributor...

    FS-2500 bypass filter system

Mine showed up yesterday, you will not be disappointed with the construction of this filter. This is truly a product that was designed for commercial applications & designed for use under the most extreme conditions. Most products today are just built so cheap. From reading posts on other sites...

Help with TFT HT1000 7" monitor.

That should be easy to bypass, I see people wantching tv in the front seat while moving all the time. Crutchfield's lawyers probably made them say that. any constant 12 volt feed should do it. If your not sure about doing it? stop by an audio shop for help.

    Just got a new buddy.

Yes, the howling should pass, the thing with shelter dogs is a lot of them don't come with a history. You have no clue what they've been through before you adopted them. His previous owner could have kept him in a pen for days at a time. He should adjust once he realizes he has a perminant home...

Priming a diesel that has run out of fuel.

I took a look at the 6.0 bible and it shows a bleeder at the top of the engine compartment filter housing. It also says the pressure maintains 60 +/- 5 PSI. At that pressure, it shouldn't take more than 5-10 seconds after the key is on for the system to bleed the air & fill the filter areas...

not even a hicup... I was expecting something too. is there some kind of self bleeding system built in to the newer ones??? The 03 had some rough running but that was the HFCM w/ the heater. Could they have eliminated the need to cycle (with a programing change) w/o bothering to change the...
