    mine used to do that a lot so i took it and got new shift forks and seals thrown in it and it's been working great ever since then. i would definitely say that you need shift forks. if you can afford it, then it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and rebuild the tranny.

    the line comes out of the end of the clutch master and uses a 90* fitting to go down to the slave. so does that mean that i already have the upgraded parts? thanks a lot

    do as said above. the sensor will push in when your filter is too dirty, but with the diy intake it is useless so just put it somewhere. it won't matter really.

    you could put stacks on it :sly ... i got mine on and it's got a deeper tone than my old 4" system and if i have the windows up i can barely here them and i have a single cab. they have a very nice rumble upon acceleration too.

    sounds like the switch is grounding out the wires, which to me would mean bad switch... just my:2c
